Overview
When it comes to automatically operated high-security bollards, very few compare to the extreme durability of the Stark Bollard model. During two separate studies – one with a dual system and the second with a single automatic bollard – a 7,500 kg N2 type vehicle traveling at 80 kph (50 mph) was arrested by the Stark Bollard model. In the second of the two tests, after removing the vehicle from the single bollard, the unit functioned properly even after facing a massive attack.
